To get your license file, enter the 13-digit serial number on the back of your XT-Controller in your account dashboard. Once entered you can download the file and transfer it to you screen/media player via a USB flash drive or click 'check for an updated license' in the license section of the app.
To assign product videos, navigate to the content management section and enter the 4-digit Tag ID number for the product. Then, upload your product video MP4 file to assign the video to the product.
To display a URL as the default loop media you need to enter the full URL address, for example: https://www.site.co.uk.
To activate product tags, insert the activator key into the back of the tag and hold for 3 seconds until the blue LED flashes to indicate the tag has been turned on. You can turn tags off to save battery life by repeating the process.
The XT-Controller comes with a USB-A-USB-B lead. Insert the USB-A into a screen or media player to connect the controller. The Controller will display a blue LED when connected.
The Lift and Learn App works with Android (7+) and Windows (10+) OS displays. However, if you don't have one of these displays, you can use an Android or Windows media player.
Our lift and learn system is compatible with NowSignage and DSA Cloud. We also have an open API for a connection with third-party Content Management Systems.
You will need to download the XT-Triggers app and your chosen CMS provider to your screen/media player. Then, follow the CMS User Guide for the CMS you are using.
We have an open API, so that you can integrate our lift and learn solution with a CMS of your choice. Follow the Open API Docs for setup instructions.
To activate analytics with your lift and learn screen you need to purchase an analytics license. Once you have purchased the license, input the file into your lift and learn app to start recording data.
Navigate to the settings page in the Lift and Learn App and select your preferred upload time. The system records interactions throughout the day and uploads them to the dashboard at midnight.
Once you have purchased and inputted your license file into the app, you can follow the Analytics User Guide for your chosen OS (Android or Windows) to follow the setup process.
